Dr. C. J. Samuel is the Director of St. Thomas Orthodox Education Society, Pune. Managing Trustee and Director of Dr. Mar Theophilus School, Dhanori. Director, National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, Pune. Attorney at Law. Director – Malankara Orthodox Church Council of Bombay Education Board, Active in Social work. Trustee of Arch Bishop Mar Theophilus Educational and Medical Foundation.
He has left no stone unturned to reach his goal in giving education to the weaker sections of society. His vision was to establish St. Thomas Public School as the center of excellence in the field of education with standards comparable to the best. He puts his heart and soul to see to the success of St. Thomas Public School.
He believes, the purpose of education is to provide students with a rigorous, engaging learning environment while fostering positive growth in social and emotional behavior and attitudes.
He has accepted change in teaching by introducing modern methods to provide class education.
His contribution in the field of Law:-
Published about 30 articles, 3 anthologies and a number of research papers. Published 19 volumes of Manual of Maharashtra Laws.
Edited and published the book – entitled “Legislative Principles and Judicial Process” (prescribed as text book for LL.M. students of Pune University).
